Thai Yoga Massage Therapy (Nuad Boran) is an Ancient technique used to unblock energy stagnation and awaken our inner healer. This is achieved through acupressure on the energy meridians (Nadis/Send Lines) and movements of the body and joints based on Yoga Asanas. It embraces people of all backgrounds who feel drawn to it as a transformative practice. Most importantly, the practice is not just about some exercises; it´s about offering from the heart center with compassion while practicing “Metta” meditation.
