Studio SoHam is grateful to welcome Lakshmi Santra & Andres for a Yoga MasterClass with live Hindustani music. The studio will vibrate all the weekend with these two inspiring human being.
In the company of beautiful Hindustani Music, this class challenges the student to go deeper in their personal practice, removing fears and obstacles, as well as providing tricks to achieve great results!
The practice and music will guide you to a tension-free state of radiant health achieved through the postures (Asanas), breathing (Pranayama), Meditation (Dhyana), Concentration (Dharana), activation of the energetic centers (Chakras), and a final relaxation (psychic sleep) enhanced by sound.
[ PROFIL ]
Lakshmi Santra was born in Calcutta, India. She Studied Hindustani vocal art, and practiced with her talented musician father. She sings traditional indian music from Bengal and devotional hyms in Sanskrit She’s spreading the vibe around Europe doing concerts and workshops.
Andres began living the Yoga life since youth. HE studied in several places, and finally found his inspiration in the teachings of Master Yogi Sri Dharma Mitra. He is also certified in Yoga Thai Massage by the Sunshine Massage School and Therapy Thai Massage School.

Event n°2 : Intro Thai Yoga Massage Workshop
Studio SoHam is grateful to welcome Andres for a Introduction to Thai Yoga Massage.
In this introductory workshop you will learn a short practical sequence (booklet in English included), plus the theory/spiritual background which is the foundation for a healthy therapy.
Thai Yoga Massage Is an ancient technique used to unblock energy stagnation and awaken our inner healer. This is achieved through both pressure on the energy lines (Nadis) and movements of the body and joins based on Yoga Asanas.
It embraces people of all background who feel drawn to it as a transformative practice. Most important, the practice is not just about some exercises; it´s about giving from the heart with compassion.

Andres began living the Yoga life since youth. HE studied in several places, and finally found his inspiration in the teachings of Master Yogi Sri Dharma Mitra. He is also certified in Yoga Thai Massage by the Sunshine Massage School and Therapy Thai Massage School.
Meditation is part of his practice, and he has completed courses in Vipassana meditation (Goenka Lineage), Pranic Consciousness, and Vision Quest of the Native American Lineage, among others. Parallel to his studies on Yoga and Meditation he has a qualified career on Ecology.
Andres dedicates his life to live and transmit the teachings and Love for Yoga around South America, India and Europe.

With the guidance of an expert Bhakti Yogini – born and raised in a family of Indian Musicians – we will learn how sound, mantras and our own voice can become powerful tools to help us in our daily life as well as in our path towards Self – Realization.
