Andres began to receive teachings of Yoga since age 14. He has been blessed with the opportunity of studying and teaching Yoga in India, at sincere places including Sri Patanjala Yogashala (Krishnamacharya´s Lineage), Auroville, and Aurovalley Ashram. His practice is also deeply influenced by the teachings of the legendary yogi Sri Dharma Mittra. He is also certified in Yoga Thai Massage by the Sunshine Massage School, the Thai Healing Alliance, and Thierry Bienfaisant Andres also has a meditation practice, and has completed courses in Vipassana meditation (Goenka Lineage), Pranic Consciousness, and Vision Quest of the Native American Lineage, among others. Parallel to his studies on Yoga and Meditation he has a qualified career on Ecology. Andres dedicates his life to live and transmit the teachings and Love for Yoga around the world.
